The kindergarten teacher is one of the important variables in the educational process.

Through education, the teacher has become a representative of the culture of society, a carrier of values and culture, a facilitator of personal growth, a guide, a friend and a place of trust for teachers.

Working in kindergarten is very important, especially in how to deal with the child, which requires a personality with multiple dimensions and aspects and various characteristics that the kindergarten teacher enjoys.

The other that makes mutual gratitude appreciated in all cultures.

The research aimed to identify the mutual gratitude of kindergarten teachers, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers built a scale of mutual gratitude consisting of (32) items to develop response alternatives (very agree, agree, somehow agree, disagree, very disagree) and scales (1,2,3,4,5).

The scale has good validity and stability, and the scale was applied to a sample of (400) kindergarten teachers, and they were chosen randomly, and the results found that kindergarten teachers are characterized by mutual gratitude to a high degree.
