Abstract EN

The research aims at the judiciary in Islam and that it has gone through historical stages, it developed according to the political and social conditions that the Islamic caliphate went through, starting from the era of the Prophet (peace be upon him), in which the judiciary was characterized by simplicity in line with the simplicity of the Islamic society.

Appointment by the imam, which was prevalent at the beginning of Islam, and that the method of appointment was a necessity behind it.

It was found that the legal aid system appeared early in the Islamic judicial organization.

However, the jurists and those interested in the affairs of the judiciary discussed it deeply in their speech about the judiciary, and some of them singled out a chapter for it under the title of Judicial Ethics.
