Abstract EN

The current study aimed at identifying the concept of institutional affiliation, its requirements, some of its indicators among Islamic university students, and to determine students' responses to institutional affiliation indicators according to the different variables.

the descriptive approach was adopted with application of questionnaire to a sample of (678) students.

among the result of the study the sample agreed to a large extent on the achievement of the institutional affiliation indicators mentioned in the questionnaire according to its three sub-aspects which are : the aspect of indicators of institutional affiliation related to the university, college, and the students.

and the most responsive phrases are : "i am always maintaining the cleanliness of the college", "i appreciate the role of the university in defending the elements of islamic identity", "i maintain the facilities of the college as i preserve my private property", "i am proud of my affiliation with the university".

the study also confirmed the existence of statistically significant differences between the responses of the research sample to the questionnaire according to its three sub-aspect in favor of students In the major of Islamic studies, linguistic, married ones, non-Saudi and Africans citizens, there is no differences between the response of undergraduate and graduate students except on the indicators of the second aspect in favor of un dergraduate students.

the study recommended that the Islamic University should invest in indicators of high institutional affiliation among its students in terms of its quality and accreditation standards, and raise its level worldwide.
