Abstract EN

This research aims to study a poetic text in Hanbali jurisprudence, poetry by one of the scholars of the city of Hail, Sheikh Suleiman bin Attia al-Muzaini.

It is a poetic copy of an important book in Hanbali jurisprudence, the book Zad Al-Mustaqni' by Sheikh Musa Al-Hijjawi.

The research adopts the descriptive analytical and deductive method.

I have studied important aspects; Including : the life of the author himself; In the sense of Sheikh Suleiman bin Attia Al-Muzaini : his birth, his upbringing, his knowledge, his scientific status, and his heritage, then I studied this poetic text, from that : extracting precise issues, and what distinguished it, and clarifying the author's approach in it, and what increased or decreased from the original text, I made a comparison with other didactic poetry, and I confirmed the scholars' praise for this work, and I explained what is related to it in printed or written form, and the notes on it, then my work ended with the results of this study, and the recommendations of interest to researchers.
