يعتبر داء الليشمانيات الحشوي مشكلة صحية عامة في العالم و في تونس.
قمنا بدراسة ذات أثر رجعي امتدت على مدى 12 عاما (من جانفي 9()()2 إلى 31 ديسمبر ()2()2) في قسم طب الأطفال حن " جميع الأطفال في المستشفى لعلاج داء الليشمانيات الحشوي الطفولي.
تم جمع عشر حالات بمعدل حدوث 1.25 حالة / سنة.
كانت نسبة الجنس 66.() M/F.
كان متوسط العمر 3.6 سنوات.
تم العثور على الثالوث السريري: الحمى والشحوب وتضخم الطحال لدى 7 مرضى.
أكد بيان النخاع العظمي تم وصف قلة الكريات الشاملة لدى 7 مرضى، بينما كان قلة الكريات البيض موجودة لدى 3 مرضى.
التشخيص في جميع الحالات.
تم العثور على ارتباط VL بمتلازمة التنشيط البلعمي لدى 6 مرضى.
تم استخدام - N methylglucantime في 9 حالات وتم وصف B Amphotericin لمريض واحد.
كان التطور إيجابيا في 9 حالات.
لوحظت حالة وفاة في حالة واحدة فقط.
Abstract EN
Visceral leishmaniasis (VL) is a public health problem in the world and in Tunisia.
A retrospective study spread over a period of 12 years (from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2020) was initiated in a pediatric department, collecting all the children hospitalized for infantile visceral leishmaniasis.
These are 10 cases.
The incidence was 1.25 cases / year.
The sex ratio (F/M) was 0.66.
The average age was 3.6 years old.
The clinical triad : fever, pallor and splenomegaly was found in 7 patients.
On examination, splenomegaly was found in all patients, hepatomegaly in 7 patients and lymphadenopathy in 3 cases.
Pancytopenia was described in 7 patients, while bicytopenia was present in 3 patients.
The myelogram confirmed the diagnosis in all cases.
The association of VL with a macrophage activation syndrome was found in 6 patients.
Nmethylglucantime was used in 9 cases and Amphotericin B was prescribed in one patient.
The evolution was favorable in 9 cases.
One patient died.

La leishmaniose viscérale (LV) est un problème de santé publique dans le monde et en Tunisie.
Une étude rétrospective étalée sur une période de 12 ans (allant du 1er Janvier 2009 au 31 Décembre 2020) a été entamée dans un service de pédiatrie colligeant tous les enfants hospitalisés pour leishmaniose viscérale infantile.
Dix cas ont été colligés avec une incidence de 1,25 cas/an.
Le sex ratio (M/F) était de 0,66.
L'âge moyen était de 3,6 ans.
La triade clinique: fièvre, pâleur et splénomégalie était retrouvée chez 7 patients.
La pancytopénie a été décrite chez 7 malades, alors qu'une bicytopénie était présente chez 3 patients.
Le myélogramme a permis de confirmer le diagnostic dans tous les cas.
L'association d'une LV avec un syndrome d'activation macrophagique a été retrouvée chez 6 malades.
Le N-méthylglucantime était utilisé dans 9 cas et l'Amphotéréricine B était prescrite chez un malade.
L'évolution était favorable dans 9 cas.
Un décès a été noté dans un seul cas.
