The aim of the study is to reveal the extent to which faculty members practice probing strategies at the University of Hail from their point of view.

Probe thinking at the University of Hail from their point of view .The results revealed that the practice of probing thinking strategies by faculty members at the University of Hail, from their point of view, came to a very large degree in the two strategies (determining the relationships between things, and discovering new relationships), while the least de gree enjoyed by the two strategies (explaining hypotheses and predictions, and verifying them) where they came To a very small degree, the results also revealed that faculty members who hold a doctorate degree, specialization in Psychology and Curriculum, and those with older years of experience are the most likely to practice Prober Thinking strategies.

The researcher recommended the necessity for faculty members to practice the prober thinking strategies in the educational learning process, and to prepare training programs for faculty members on how to use the probing strategies with very few and very few degrees of practice.
