This research aims to identify-: -1The mental palm of state employees.

-2The significance of the differences in the mental imagination of the employees according to the gender variable (male - female) and the academic specialization (scientific - literary.) -3The spatial intelligence of state employees.

-4Significance of differences in spatial intelligence among employees according to the gender variable (male-female) and the academic specialization variable (scientific - literary.) -5Correlational relationship between mental imagination and spatial intelligence among state employees.

The results of the research indicated that the employees have high mental imagination and they have spatial intelligence and that the differences between employees in spatial intelligence and mental imagination are statistically significant for gender and in favor of males, and that the correlation between the two variables of the current research is a positive statistically significant relationship, and the researcher came up with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
