Talking about the use of the term in the Arab world is a fraught talk, and the use of the legal term in official circles in it is subject to variation and differences, not at the conceptual level, but at the terminological level, due to the intervention of several factors.

it varies from one Arab country to another, especially in the judicial institution.

in this regard, this study returns to a semantic deconstruction of the uses and applications of the judicial term in Arab countries.

this research seeks to reveal the performative diversity of the legal discourse in the Arab countries, and to show the use of the judicial term in an attempt to approach it conceptually.
