اهتم التشريع السياحي في الجزائر بحماية السياحة البيئية من خلال القوانين المتعلقة بحماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة و كذا تنمية السياحة المستدامة، و قد أقر جملة من التدابير و الإجراءات التي ينبغي مراعاتها لحماية السياحة البيئية بصفة وقائية، و رتب على مخالفتها عقوبات و هذا كله بهدف الحفاظ على التوازن البيئي و السياحة المستدامة.
Abstract EN
The tourism legislation in Algeria has concerned with the protection of ecotourism through laws related to environmental protection within the framework of sustainable development as well as the development of sustainable tourism, and it has adopted a set of measures and procedures that should be taken into account to protect ecotourism preventively, and imposed penalties for violating it and all this with the aim of maintaining ecological balance and sustainable tourism.
