تحاول هذه الورقة البحث في أسباب استعصاء النزاعات من جانب مختلف عن الجوانب التي قدمها المنظرون من أمثال ميشيل كريستوفر أو لويس كريسبورج و بيتر كولمان.
من زاوية أخرى، تحاول هذه الورقة تسليط الضوء على جانب البنية النفسية-الاجتماعية التي تؤدي إلى استعصاء النزاعات، و تجعلها مقاومة للحلول، و التركيز على العناصر التحليلية الثلاثة لدانيال لنموذج Daniel Bar-Tal و هي التوجه العاطفي الجماعي، جوهر النزاع، الذاكرة الجماعية، التي تتحكم في تصورات و مواقف و سلوك أطراف النزاع و تمنعها من التحرك قدما نحو إيجاد حلول للنزاع و التعامل معه.
Abstract EN
This paper attempts to investigate the reasons for the intractability of conflicts from a perspective different from the aspects presented by theorists such as Michel Christopher or Louis Kreisbourg and Peter Coleman.
from another angle, this paper attempts to shed light on the aspect of the psychological-social structure that leads to the intractability of conflicts, and makes them resistant to solutions, and to focus on the three analytical elements of Daniel Bar-Tal's model, which are the collective emotional orientation, the core of the conflict, and the collective memory, which controls perceptions, attitudes, and behavior.

Cette intervention essaye de suivre et de chercher les causes des "conflits insolubles", d'un angle diffèrent par rapport à ceux présentés par les divers théoriciens intéressés par le sujet comme Michel Christopher et Louis Crisbourg ou Piter Kolman.
toutefois ; elle a aussi comme objectif de faire la lumière sur la structure psycho-sociale qui mène à rendre les conflits insolubles et en même temps résistibles à toute résolution.
ainsi, elle se focalise sur les trois éléments analytiques du model Daniel Bar-Tal qui sont : la conduite émotionnelle collective, la nature du conflit et la mémoire collective qui guide les imaginations, les positions des parties concernées par le conflit et qui les empêchent à aller vers des solutions au conflit.
