الدراسة تسلط الضوء على النظرية الاستخباراتية و أهميتها في تحليل و تفكيك الظواهر و الاتجاهات الأمنية الأكثر تعقيدا في العلاقات الدولية.
و لاعتبارات تعود لتعقيد و تسارع المعلومات في بيئة دولية متسارعة و متراكمة أزمويا، بات على النظرية الاستخباراتية أن تتكيف مع الضرورات الحيوية لصناع القرار و ذلك من خلال الجمع بين احترافية السلوك الاستخباراتي و علمية المقاربات التي من خلالها تحدد حركة و مخرجات المصالح الاستخباراتية.
Abstract EN
The study sheds light on intelligence theory and its importance in analyzing and dismantling the most complex security phenomena and trends in international relations.
and due to considerations due to the complexity and acceleration of information in an accelerating and chronologically accumulating international environment, intelligence theory has to adapt to the vital necessities of decision-makers by combining the professionalism of intelligence behavior with the scientific approaches through which it determines the movement and outputs of intelligence interests.

L'étude met en lumière la théorie du renseignement et son importance dans l'analyse et le démantèlement des phénomènes de sécurité les plus complexes et des tendances dans les relations internationales.
et en raison de considérations dues à la complexité et à l'accélération de l'information dans un environnement international qui s'accélère et s'accumule, la théorie du renseignement doit s'adapter aux nécessités vitales des décideurs, en combinant le professionnalisme du comportement du renseignement avec les approches scientifiques par lesquelles il détermine le mouvement et sorties des intérêts du renseignement.
