عرف مفهوم الثقافة التنظيمية ازدهارا في سنوات السبعينيات والثمانينيات، وجندت فرق وهيئات بحثية لدراسته، لأهميته وفعالية دوره في نجاح المؤسسة واستمرارها، غير أن ظهور مفاهيم جديدة جعل البعض يفسر الأمر بأنه فشل وأقول لمفهوم الثقافة التنظيمية.
لكن الواقع يشهد عكس ذلك إذ إن العولمة والنتائج التي حملتها وتحول العالم إلى سوق كونية قد أعاد للثقافة مكانتها المحورية في النقاشات والمشاريع العلمية والاقتصادية والسياسية.
وهذا ما سيعيد أيضا لمفهوم الثقافة التنظيمية وزنه وأهميته في المؤسسة.
ومن هذا المنطلق تبدو حاجة المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية للاهتمام بهذا الموضوع إذا ما أرادت البقاء والاستمرار.
وتحاول هذه الورقة تقديم قراءة سوسيولوجية للثقافة التنظيمية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية، إمكانيات إنشائها والرهانات التي يجب أخذها بعين الاعتبار.
Abstract EN
The concept of organizational culture reached its peak in the 1970s and 1980s, which is how many research teams was mobilized to study it, given its role in the success of the company.
however, the emergence of new concepts made some interpret it as a fading of organizational culture.
nevertheless, the globalization will restore the concept’s importance.
this paper attempts to provide a sociological reading the organizational culture in the Algerian economic company, the possibilities of its creation and the issues to be taken into account.

Le concept de culture organisationnelle a connu son apogée dans les années 70 et 80, c’est ainsi que des équipes de recherche ont été mobilisées pour l’étudier compte tenu de son rôle dans la réussite de l’entreprise.
cependant, l’émergence de nouveaux concepts laisse croire à certains la disparition de la culture organisationnelle.
mais la mondialisation va redonner au concept son importance.
cet article tente alors de fournir une lecture sociologique de la culture organisationnelle dans l’entreprise algérienne, les possibilités de sa création et les enjeux à prendre en compte.
