The inclusion of the disabled in ordinary schools is an important trend that cares about their human and social rights, and that these children are accepted by society and treated like others, as the philosophy of inclusion requires the education of the disabled in ordinary schools as a prelude so that they can benefit from their professional integration into society.

So the aim of the research is to : Orientation towards a partial inclusion system for all the disabled in all educational institutions for children from the age of 3 years to the stage of adulthood...

and after using the analytical approach of the previous studies, the results showed : The educational inclusion system for the disabled in ordinary schools reflects a humanitarian philosophy represented in providing appropriate education For disabled children within the appropriate environment, which is a contemporary trend that gradually prepared and breaks the barrier of isolation to improve the negative societal view of the disabled, especially social, and help him express his feelings and think in a positive way about himself and achieve emotional compatibility for him to ensure his enjoyment of mental health, and works to achieve interaction, communication and the development of love And trust and understanding between a handicapped child and a normal child, by helping each other to form friendships, accept individual differences between individuals, and work together with each other.

Thus, it contributes to narrowing the gap between people with special needs and other groups of society.
