The research includes the discussion about what is meant by (finding fiqhi solutions), its related words, and the rooting of its issues by mentioning: the jurists’ uses of it, its benefits, the appearance of its existence, its causes, the jurists’ approaches to dealing with the solutions, the resource, and how to liberate the jurisprudential issue, and the research also included a study applied to various doctrinal issues, and reached a number of results and recommendations mentioned in the conclusion of the research.
