Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify : 1- Leadership behavior of primary school principals.

2- Leadership behavior of secondary school principals.

3- Differences in the relationship to the leadership behavior variable in primary schools according to the gender variable (males – females 4- Differences in the relationship to the leadership behavior variable in secondary schools according to the gender variable (males - females) 5- Differences in leadership behavior between primary school principals and their peers in secondary schools.

The current research is determined by studying the leadership behavior of secondary school principals and their peers in primary schools.

The research sample consisted of (200) principals.

To explain and clarify the concept, the validity of the scale was adopted through apparent honesty by presenting it to a group of experts and arbitrators, as well as the validity of the scale was verified by Alpha Cronbach, and the researcher adopted the appropriate statistical methods and used the statistical bag (spss) to analyze the data, and the research reached a number of results, including : 1- The sample members have a leadership behavior 2- The secondary school principals have a leadership behavior.

3- There are statistically significant differences in leadership behavior according to the gender variable, and the result was in favor of males among primary school principals.

4- There are statistically significant differences in leadership behavior according to the gender variable among secondary school principals, and the result is in favor of males 5- There are statistically significant differences between the two samples in favor of secondary school principals.

The research also came up with many recommendations and suggestions.
