Abstract EN

The research aims to uncover the professional performance of students in Arabic department according to the standards of teacher's performance in the faculty of education.

The researcher depends on descriptive method to make his papers ready.

The research was for the students of fourth stage in the faculty oof education in the Arabic department who their numbers are 160 students (10) male and (10) female and they are all in the fourth stage and he has chosen them randomly.

The researcher has prepared an evaluation form which is trustworthy from ministry of education and which is distributed in all public educational administrators and the researcher has made some reforms to make it suitable with the current research .To decide wether this research is valid.

The researcher has practised his rules on the teachers( trainees) and after his works have been done by visiting them in schools that the trainees are working on.

The researcher has collected all his information and has made some corrections on it by depending on some standards which are probable centre, percentage weight, and the repetitions.

The researcher has elicited the text mark which he will decide on and will find out the results according to his data's.

This shows that most skills in the knowledge field have been achieved while valuable and direction fields have been achieved with low rate.

Three skills have not been achieved and two skills haven't been also achieved.

That's helps the researcher to conclude some suggestions depending on the results he has concluded.
