Given the importance of kindergartens in forming the child's personality in all educational, psychological, and physical aspects, and providing the best care for him, it is necessary to integrate educational work between parents and kindergartens.

The research aims to identify the basic features of community participation for parents of children in kindergarten, and the most important obstacles that prevent its activation.

It also aims to propose an educational plan to activate this participation.

Despite the great educational endeavors to achieve community participation for parents of children in kindergartens, the bridges of cooperation and communication between the two parties still remain on a weak basis.
