استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على حساسية المعالجة الحسية و علاقتها بالصحة النفسية لدى العاملين في مهنة التمريض.
و لتحقيق أهداف البحث الحالي، تبنت الباحثة مقياس حساسية المعالجة الحسية (دن 2001 Dunn)، المكون من (60) فقرة بعد ترجمته و أستخراج الخصائص السايكومترية له، من صدق و ثبات، إذ بلغ ثباته بطريقة الفا كرونباخ (0,843), و للحصول على الثبات المطلق تم تربيع قيمة الثبات اذ بلغ (0,710), و هو بذلك يعد معامل ثبات ممتاز يمكن الركون الية، و قد بلغت فقرات المقياس بصورته النهائية (60) فقرة، كما قامت الباحثة بتبني مقياس الصحة النفسية ديل بيلار ودريش del Pilar) و المعـد لقياس الصحة النفسية بصـورتة المختصـرة لمقيـاس (غولدبرغ وهيلير، 1979) (Goldberg & Hillier)، و تم استخراج الخصائص السايكومترية له، من صدق و ثبات، إذ بلغ ثباته بطريقة الفا كرونباخ (0,774), و للحصول على الثبات المطلق تم تربيع قيمة الثبات اذ بلغ (0,599), و هو بذلك يعد معامل ثبات مقبول يمكن الركون الية، و قد بلغت فقرات المقياس بصورته النهائية (12) فقرة، و طبق المقياسـان علـى عينـة بلغت (470) مـن الممرضـون، مـن مجتمع البحـث (دائرة صحة بغداد الرصافة، دائرة صحة بغداد الكرخ، دائرة صحة مدينة الطب).
و بعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا من خلال الحقيبة الأحصائية (SPSS)، أشارت نتائج البحث الحالي الى أن افراد مجتمع البحث لديهم حساسية المعالجة الحسية، و لديهم صحة نفسية، و هناك علاقة أرتباطية طردية أيجابية بين متغيري البحث الحالي .
و في ضوء النتائج التي أشير لها قدمت الباحثة عددا من التوصيات و المقترحات التي توسع من مديات البحث لبحوث لاحقة.
Abstract EN
The research aims to identify Sensory Processing Sensitivity and mental health -The relationship of Sensory Processing Sensitivity to mental health among Nurse tln order to achieve the objectives of the current research.
The researcher used the Sensory Processing Sensitivity scale, which consists of (60) items, and the mental health scale, which consists of (12) items in its final form, where the research verifies the psychometric properties such as scarcity and reliability for both scales.
Then the two scales were applied to a sample of (470) Nurse, from the research community In a number of hospitals in the city of Baghdad The results of the current research indicated, based on the use A number of statistical methods In light of result indicated : that The Sensory Processing Sensitivity and mental health nurses were higher than average, Meaning the respondents had he Sensory Processing Sensitivity and mental health, There is a direct statistically significant relationship between The Sensitivity and mental health among Nurse.
In light of the indicated results, a number of recommendations and proposals were made for subsequent researches.
