Abstract EN

The study aimed to evaluate the role of orphan institutions in integrating young graduates of aftercare into society and empowering them economically and environmentally, in light of the quality standards of the Ministry of Social Solidarity.

Explanatory theories, including (the theory of the ecological system, the role theory, the theory of symbolic interaction, the theory of quadrilateral analysis, the theory of organizations) 0The study is a descriptive and analytical study using the case study method.

A sample of (200) young men and women from orphans in residential institutions between the ages of (19-25) was chosen.

The study tool was a questionnaire to collect information and data, and a number of Professional interviews with specialists and youth workers in the institutions under study Among the results shown by the field study: The results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences, according to the gender variable, in the fields of environment, structure, equipment, integrated care programs, economic empowerment, integration of aftercare graduates into society, and the total number in favor of males.

The results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences, depending on the qualification variable, in the areas of environment, structure, equipment, integrated care programs, economic empowerment, and the total total in favor of institute education.

The results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences, depending on the age variable, with regard to the fields of environment, structure, equipment, integrated care programs, economic empowerment, and the integration of aftercare graduates into society.

The results of the study indicated that there is a direct positive relationship between the environment, structure, equipment, and the achievement of environmental and economic empowerment for young graduates of aftercare in the community.
