هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الصراع التنظيمي على أداء مجالس المحافظات في الأردن كهدف رئيس، و تقييم درجة الصراع التنظيمي و مستوى أداء مجالس المحافظات خلال الفترة من 2017-2021 و أهم المعيقات التي كانت تواجهها، و لإجراء هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الكمي عن طريق تطوير استبيان.
مجتمع الدراسة اشتمل على (336) شخص هم جميع أعضاء مجالس المحافظات في الأردن، في حين تكونت عينة الدراسة من 125 عضو تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الميسرة بيئت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تقييم الصراع التنظيمي و مستوى أداء مجالس المحافظات قد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة كما أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر للصراع التنظيمي على أداء مجالس المحافظات، حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط (R) ((0.893 و بلغت قيمة (R-square) (0.798).
Abstract EN
The main goal of this study was to identify the impact of organizational conflict on the performance of Jordan's provincial councils, as well as to assess the degree of organizational conflict and the level of performance of the provincial councils from 2017 to 2021, as well as the most significant obstacles they faced.
the study population consisted of (336) people who were all members of Jordan's provincial councils, while the study sample consisted of 125 members who were chosen at random.
the study's findings revealed that the degree of evaluation of organizational conflict and the level of performance of provincial councils were both medium, and that there was an impact of organizational conflict.
