Abstract EN

Since the book of Allah was the first source of inference of judicial rulings, and there are judicial precedents in it, ruled by the prophets of Allah.

the researcher drew much attention to the deduction of jurist's judicial issues in the noble verse.

(و شددنا ملكه و أتيناه الحكمة و فصل الخطاب) (we made his kingdom strong and gave him al-Hikmah (prophet Hood, etc.) and sound judgement in speech and decision.) the research was a judicial gathering of the jurisdiction of the judicial court deduced in the verse, namely : the legality of the judiciary, the virtue of the judiciary, some rulings of the case, evidence, judgment, and implementation.

this research focused on collecting judicial issues, which were referred to in the interpretation of this verse, and arranging them according to the approach of jurists in arranging the doors of the judiciary.

the methodology of studying these issues was to mention those who referred to the issue, and then study it briefly, if the issue has a jurisprudential dispute, the researcher explained it by mentioning the statements of the scholars in it, and at least one piece of evidence in each statement without weighting one of the sayings mostly.

this study has shown the importance of working with the Qur'an to extract legal rulings from it.
