In this research, I intended to study the most prominent issues that may be presented to the judge when separating litigants from the issues of the door of Zihaar, including the words of Zihaar and the consequences of each word, and the study of the ruling on suspending Zihaar, and the statement of the ruling on enjoying what is less than the vagina for the one who appears before he disbelieves, and the statement of the rule of recidivism in Zihaar and the rulings that follow from it, and clarifying the most correct view of the people of knowledge in this regard, according to what appears from the evidence and indications.
