In this study, the research seeks to analyze and describe the issue of the effects of rescission for non-implementation, and some issues and provisions related to it in both Iranian and Iraqi law and the United Nations Convention on the Sale of International Goods 1980, and focuses in particular on the most important aspects of similarities and differences between these legal systems, and highlights The importance of comparing Iranian and Iraqi law in the presence of a lot of trade exchange between these two neighboring countries.
