Abstract EN

The current study aims to identify the most prominent problems of faculty members at Hadramaut University from their point of view.

It also identifies the differences between fields of study (type of college, gender, academic qualification.

The descriptive approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was used to achieve the objectives of the study.

It consists of (46) items distributed in four fields (teaching, scientific research, workplace, administrative functions), after making sure of their validity and consistency.

The sample of the study consisted of (54) members of the faculty staff at Hadramaut University..

The study reached the following: The most prominent problems of the faculty members at Hadramaut University were in the four fields of study (workplace, scientific research, administrative functions, and teaching) respectively, from their point of view.

Also, no statistically significant differences were found due to the study variables.
