الحق في الغذاء حق أساسي للإنسان، وهو من الحقوق الطبيعية ويعني تحرره من الجوع والخوف، وحصوله على الغذاء بالقدر الكافي والمناسب والدائم.
والتزام السلطات المسئولة في الدولة والعالم بالوفاء بهذا الالتزام، وقد حمت الاتفاقيات الدولية العامة والخاصة والإقليمية هذا الحق.
كما أن الدساتير تقرر حماية هذا الحق في الكثير من الدول وعلى رأسها مصر
Abstract EN
In fact, the right to food is fundamental right.
It means the right to be free from hunger and aridness and to obtain food daily adequate and sufficient.
In addition, all the authorities are responsible in the stat and at the level of the world to perform this right.
It is also protected by international and regional treaties at the same time, certain constitutions provide the recognition of this right as Egypt.
