International organizations have sought, through treaties and conventions, to organize basic rights for every person on earth, regardless of his origin, identity, religion, social rank, and others.

And no one, whoever he is, even the individual himself to whom these rights are prescribed, has the right to prevent, remove or deny these rights.

And our true legitimacy preceded these international covenants by controlling the interests of the individual related to a person, and we will review in the research the legal and international aspect of the right to private life and the legislation based on it in the Saudi system.
