The research aims to identify the role of sports tourism in achieving competitive advantage as a source of national income.

The researcher used the descriptive approach (survey studies) as it is compatible with the nature of the research.

The research community is also represented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the colleges of physical education in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the colleges of tourism and hotels in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
