The digital revolution that the world is experiencing has led to an increasing spread of work-remotely, due to the benefits it brings to both parties of the contract, be it the employer or the worker.

The subject of the study focuses on the distance employment contract by highlighting the particularities of its conclusion and analyzing the elements of this contract, starting with the study of its concept, which differs in many points from the contract of traditional employment and the rest of the other contracts.

Then addressing the particularities aspects of the conclusion of the employment contract, where we will examine the specificity of the consensual element of the parties, afterwards we will study the element of dependence or subordination in work-remotely contract, especially since the present is not in the workplace, but in a place other than that of the employer.

In addition, the research discussed what distance dependency could affect the privacy of the worker.

Finally reaching the element of the workplace that the practice has raised several issues.
