Achild is considered an important category for it is an essential part in the future construction of the community and because of that the Moroccan criminal law has forced a set of criminal coder to preserve the child’s entity and rights in the eighth section of the third book from the set of felonies titled in crimes and offenses against family system and public morality and exactly from chapter 449 to chapter 504 under the criminal code and that is an indication of the Moroccan legislator's concern about child exploitation offenses through the criminal code both substantive and procedural and it has extended to criminalize the harmful acts to this category through specific criminal codes that is outside the range of the criminal law including this law under study which is about the press and publishing law number 88.13
