Abstract EN

This article deals with a topic related to the field of human rights and public freedoms, which is the right to access information, as one of the civil foundations for building democratic societies.

The General Assembly of the United Nations in 1946, through Resolution No.

59/1, to fortify rights and freedoms by guaranteeing the right of access to information first.

On this basis, democratic societies have adopted this approach in translating rights and freedoms into practices guaranteed by legal and procedural texts, as well as by investing in the education of young people, which helped to develop the human rights system in these societies.

In the third world countries, some countries are groping the path of democratic transition, such as Morocco, since the rotation government of my presence in 1998.

And also after the turn of the revolution of the Arab Spring in 2011.

This contributed to the production of the Right to Information Law in Morocco in 2018, which entered into force Implementation in 2019.

How can the right of access to information according to the holdings of this law contribute to the reform of public administration ?
