With the increase of wide interest in international trade in its various forms, traditional and even modern, electronic, resulting from the terrible development in the means of concluding it, which resulted in the emergence of complications and problems, so that the international commercial community sought to find unified rules governing international commercial activity, and this through the enactment of laws regulating it, and the same thing approached it.

international bodies, however, were not able to understand all their details, which made them subject their disputes to the conflict of laws approach, which stood helpless in front of their development, and in front of the emergence of alternative rules for national laws, represented in the substantive rules of international trade that were reflected in the form of electronic objective rules.

accordingly, this research paper came to study the mechanisms of settling international electronic trade disputes.
