We intend through this article, which is based on an empirical study to find out the impact of the employee participation in the decision- making process on work relationships.

a questionnaire was used as an instrument to collect data and was completed by 41 informants who represent the sample of employees in the administration of Tawenza scientific school in Ghardaia.

we relied on the statistical program SPSS to analyse data.

the study findings demonstrate a positive correlation between the facilitation of extensive employee participation in decision-making processes and the enhancement of the prevailing work relationships within the organizational context.
