The beginning of the science of the origins of the doctrine was in the age of the prophet (PBUH), through some of its features from the book of Allah almighty and his Sunnah, and then the age of the companion came to god's satisfaction; they took the principles of this science in an act by accompanying the prophet (PBUH); that we find the companions employed some practical models of the science of the origins of jurisprudence in their worship and transactions.

this is a fundamentalist sign that the phases of this science began in their age according to the prophet's age before the age of codification.

some of the companions were very diligent in scientific matters and in the request for talk and jurisprudence, dissemination and teaching, and adult successors in particular.

companions were uneven in the degree of science and jurisprudence, keen to apply Islam in their lives; this resulted in scientific wealth, which was later founded to codify the science of jurisprudence and other different sciences, indicating the companions' predecessors in giving references and features to this and other sciences.
