Abstract EN

The study aims to know in what extent the governance standards are sufficiently applied within Algerian companies.

it applied the rules introduced by commercial law related to the ways in which owners monitors the company’s actions, and participation of partners in the commercial company’s decisions, studying and complying them with governance standards and legally protected.

this will guaranty democracy principle in managing company affairs in way and contributes to prevail governance in other way.

we have used the analytical and descriptive model in presenting this study.

findings of study mentioned the weakness of commercial organization in ensuring monitoring and owner’s information about company statements and inability of this to ensure recommended governance standards.
