Abstract EN

This study dealt with the legal protection of the environment in Palestinian legislation compared to some Arab legislation, especially Jordanian and Egyptian legislation, the study dealt with the protection of the environment within national laws, dividing protection in to direct protection through the Constitution, environmental law, Penal Law, water law, indirect protection through agriculture law, health law and civil law, In addition, the study dealt with the protection of the environment within the international conventions and covenants acceded to by Palestine and dealt with Israeli attacks on the Palestinian Environment.
