Abstract EN

This research aims to reveal the characteristics of the revolutionary national anthems in Algeria in terms of artistic and intellectual construction, through a correct definition of the concept of the revolutionary national anthem; then take a look at important and distinctive aspects of it related to language and style, and highlight its most important contents and intellectual dimensions.

we reached a group of results, the most prominent of which is that the strategy of revolutionary national songs focused on the counter discourse to achieve several emotional goals and intellectual dimensions, especially persuasion, incitement and mobilization.

its resonance extended to the present day, manifested in the transcendence of the collective awareness of the necessity of vigilance, cohesion, love of the homeland and its construction, and despite that, it did not preoccupy itself with the engineering of the linguistic system, the good stylistic construction, and the interesting creativity for the reader.
