The purpose of this article is mainly to study entrepreneurship and job creation in the agro-food sector.
the presence of agricultural enterprises in a territory is of particular importance for the vitality of the area.
however, the current economic context means that the development of entrepreneurship represents a new challenge to ensure the succession of existing agricultural businesses or the creation of new businesses.
to do this, we began our work with theoretical research that allowed us to clearly define the basic notions related to our research, then we conducted a field survey with entrepreneurs, with the aim of trying to detect the factors influencing entrepreneurship and the creation of entrepreneurship and job creation in the agro-food sector.

L'objet de cet article consiste principalement à étudier l'entrepreneuriat et la création d'emploi dans le secteur agroalimentaire.
La présence des entreprises agricoles sur un territoire revêt une importance particulière pour la vitalité des milieux.
Cependant le contexte économique actuel fait une sorte que le développement de l'entrepreneuriat représente un nouveau défi pour assurer la relève des entreprises agricoles existantes ou pour la création de nouvelles entreprises.
Pour ce faire, nous avons entamé notre travail, par une recherche théorique qui nous a permis de bien cerner les notions de base relatives à notre recherche, puis nous avons mené une enquête du terrain auprès des entrepreneurs, dans le but de détecter les facteurs influençant sur l'entrepreneuriat et la création d'emploi dans le secteur agroalimentaire.
