Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the level of quality of life for kindergarten teachers and its significance according to the variables (kindergarten specialization, other disciplines), (years of service) and (scholastic achievement).

The sample consisted of (400) kindergarten teachers who were chosen randomly from (36) kindergartens from the city of Baghdad for the academic year 2021/2022.

The researcher adopted Al-Shanti Scale (2016) for the quality of the career life, which consists of (50) items divided into two parts, the quality of the career and organizational life, which consists of (25) items, and the quality of material and immaterial life, which consists of (25).

The researcher used the following statistical methods (Pearson, one-sample t-test, two independent samples, Facronbach, one-way analysis of variance.

The following are the most important results of the research: kindergarten teachers have a high degree of quality for their career life, and there are no high differences and there are no statistically significant differences in the quality of the career life according to specialization, but there are statistically significant differences in the quality of the career life according to the variable years of service and in favor of the female teachers who have served less than (5) years there are no statistically significant differences for the academic achievement variable.

In light of the results and conclusions, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.
