Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify :Emotional empathy among secondary school teachers،The statistically significant differences in emotional empathy among secondary school teachers according to the variables (sex–specialization)،Achievement culture among secondary school teachers،Differences with statistical significance in the culture of achievement among secondary school teachers according to the variables (sex–specialization)،Correlational relationship between emotional empathy and the culture of achievement among secondary school teachers.

To achieve the objectives of the current study، the researcher relied on the following criteria: 1.It required building the emotional empathy scale based on Hoffman's definition and theory، consisting of (35) items، and after verifying its validity and stability، using the re-test method، and the reliability coefficient reached (0.87) Alpha Crohnbach8 2.As well as building the achievement culture scale based on the theory and definition of (McLelland)، which consists of (52) items، and after verifying its validity and stability، using the re-test method، and the reliability coefficient has reached (0.82) Alpha Cro-Nbach.

After verifying the availability of the psychometric properties of the two scales، they were applied to the research sample.

The study reached the following results:Secondary school teachers have empathy،There are no differences in the correlation according to gender and specialization،Secondary school teachers enjoy a culture of achievement،There is a correlation between emotional empathy and the culture of achievement Based on the results of the research، the researcher developed a set of recommendations and suggestions that will complete the current research.
