The general public in Islamic economic jurisprudence includes several matters, the most important of which are: zakat, tribute, tax, tithe, and land.This research aims to highlight how to address the budget deficit in the Islamic economy, and to clarify the most important differences between the elements of the general budget and the methods of financing the budget deficit through Islamic financing formulas.
