Abstract EN

The phenomenon of marginal work for the elderly is a dangerous social phenomenon.

This marginalized group continues to work despite old age, disability, and disease, and its treatment requires an attempt to identify some factors that contributed to the exacerbation of this phenomenon in recent times in Iraqi society, especially after 2003.

Considering this phenomenon is one of the most serious social problems that affect a large proportion of the elderly, which requires the intervention of all governmental and non-governmental agencies to confront and reduce them, and to monitor the factors and causes that led to its spread, and therefore.

This study came as a simple attempt to shed light on it through the factors and causes and solutions.
