Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة تطبيق مبادئ الريادة الاستراتيجية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتم استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام استبيان مكون من ( 29 ) فقرة، وتم اعتماد مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الخاصة الأردنية والبالغ عددهم (3068) عضو هيئة تدريس من مختلف الرتب والتخصصات موزعين على (21) جامعة للعام الدراسي (2021/2022 )، وتم اختيار عينة من مجتمع الدراسة باستخدام الطريقة الميسرة، وتكونت العينة من (174) عضو هيئة تدريس، وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أن درجة تطبيق مبادئ الريادة الاستراتيجية في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت مرتفعة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لدرجة تطبيق مبادئ الريادة الاستراتيجية (3.70).

كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسات على تطبيق الريادة الاستراتيجية في الجامعات الخاصة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس تعزى لرتبهم الأكاديمية باستثناء مجال المجازفة والمخاطرة، وإلى عدم وجود فروق تعزى للرتبة باستثناء مجالي القيادة الريادية والمجازفة والمخاطرة، وجود فروق في درجة تطبيق الريادة الاستراتيجية في الجامعات الخاصة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس تعزى للجامعة التي تخرجوا فيها.

وأوصت الدراسة إلى البحث في درجة تطبيق الريادة الاستراتيجية في الجامعات الحكومية، والبحث في درجة تطبيق الريادة الاستراتيجية في الجامعات الخاصة من وجهة نظر الإداريين.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of application of the principles of strategic leadership in Jordanian private universities from the point of view of faculty members, the descriptive analytical approach was used, a questionnaire consisting of( 29 ) paragraphs was used, the five-point Likert scale was adopted, the authenticity and stability of the tool was confirmed, the statistical packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used to analyze data, and the study community consisted of all faculty members in Jordanian private universities, numbering (3068) faculty members of various ranks and specialties distributed among (21) a university for the academic year( 2021/2022), a sample of the study community was selected using the stratified method The sample consisted of (174) faculty members, and the study concluded the following results: the degree of application of the principles of strategic leadership in Jordanian universities from the point of view of faculty members came high, as the arithmetic average of the degree of application of the principles of strategic leadership (3.70).

The study also found that there are no significant differences in the arithmetic averages of the responses of the sample of studies on the application of strategic leadership in private universities from the point of view of faculty members due to their academic ranks except in the field of risk and risk, and there are no differences due to rank except in the fields of Entrepreneurial Leadership, risk and risk, there are differences in the degree of application of strategic leadership in private universities from the point of view of faculty members due to the University where they graduated.

The study recommended to research the degree of application of strategic leadership in public universities , and research the degree of application of strategic leadership in private universities from the point of view of administrators.

ccording to the findings of the study, the concepts of strategic entrepreneurship are used to a high degree in Jordanian private universities, with the arithmetic average for the degree of application of the principles of strategic entrepreneurship being 97 percent (3.70).

The study also discovered that there are no differences in the degree of strategic leadership application in private universities from the perspective of faculty members based on their academic rank, and that there are differences in the degree of strategic leadership application in private universities from the perspective of faculty members based on their graduation university.

The study suggested that researchers look at the degree to which strategic leadership is used in public universities, as well as the degree to which strategic leadership is used in private institutions from the perspective of administrators
