Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أطر الصراع السياسي التي ظهرت في تغريدات حسابي الرئاسة الروسية (الكرملين) و الرئاسة الأوكرانية (فولوديمير زيلينسكي) على تويتر في الصراع السياسي الروسي الأوكراني 2022 خلال الأزمة (الحرب) بين الطرفين.

و لتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم اعتماد منهج المسح باستخدام تحليل مضمون (283) تغريدة، منها (111) تغريدة لحساب الكرملين الروسي، و (172) تغريدة لحساب الرئيس الأوكراني زيلنيسكي، خلال المدة 1-شباط/ فبراير-2022 و لغاية 15-آذار / مارس-2022، تم اختيارها بطريقة العينة القصدية Purposive sample و تم اعتماد وحدة الفكرة و الموضوع وحدة للتحليل.

انتهت الدراسة إلى أن النشاط التواصلي كان هو الأبرز ضمن فئات النشاط في تغريدات الجانبين و بأفضلية كبيرة للجانب الأوكراني، ثم يأتي بعد ذلك فئة المطالبة الأوكرانية بفرض عقوبات على الطرف الروسي.

و جاء طلب أوكرانيا الدعم من الدول الغربية في رأس القائمة للكلمات الأكثر تكرارا في التغريدات، مقابل المحادثات الهاتفية في الجانب الروسي.

اعتمدت أوكرانيا الاستمالات التخويفية ضمن حملة إعلامية كبيرة موجهة لدول الجوار الأوروبي ضد الحرب كونها أصبحت مهددة من الخطر الروسي، و استخدمت كذلك الاستمالات العاطفية الموجهة للعالم عموما و لأوروبا خصوصا.

بالإضافة إلى أن الجانب الأوكراني استخدم العناصر الرقمية أو الرموز والشعارات التي تسهم في تحقيق أهدافها، موليا أهمية للنصوص في التغريدات.

بالمقابل اعتمدت روسيا على الروابط التي تتضمن نصوصا ومقالات تابعة لموقع الكرملن على شبكة الإنترنت، كما استخدموا النصوص مع الصور أكثر بضعفين من الجانب الأوكراني.

English Abstract

The study aimed to know the frameworks of the political conflict that appeared in the tweets of the Russian presidency (the Kremlin) and the Ukrainian presidency (Volodymyr Zelensky) related to the Russian-Ukrainian political conflict in 2022.

To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher adopted the survey method - content analysis (283) tweets, of which (111) Tweets for the Russian Kremlin, and (172) tweets for Ukrainian President Zelensky, during the period from February 1, 2022, to March 15, 2022.

They were chosen using the purpose sample method and were analyzed according to the unity of the idea and subject.

The study concluded that communication activity was the most prominent of the categories of activity in the tweets of both sides, with a greater majority for the Ukrainian side, followed by the category of Ukraine's request to impose sanctions on the Russian side.

The results also showed that Ukraine's request for support from Western countries was at the top of the list of the most frequent words in tweets, compared to phone conversations on the Russian side.

Ukraine adopted intimidation as part of a large media campaign against the war targeting European-neighboring countries, as they became threatened by Russian weapons.

It also used emotional appeals directed at the world in general and Europe in particular.

In addition, the Ukrainian side used digital elements or symbols and slogans that contribute to achieving its goals, focusing on the texts in the tweets.

On the other hand, Russia used links that include texts and articles on the Kremlin website on the Internet, and they used texts with pictures more than twice as much as the Ukrainian side
