Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة توفر الذكاء التنافسي لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة وعلاقته بالرشاقة التنظيمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في لواء الجامعة في العاصمة عمان، وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة ممثلة عدد أفرادها (370) معلما و معلمة من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ (7827) فردا واستخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، كما تم تطوير استبانة كأداة للدراسة.

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة الذكاء التنافسي لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة في لواء الجامعة من وجهة نظر المعلمين ككل جاءت (متوسطة)، وجاءت أبعاد الذكاء التنافسي في الترتيب الآتي : جاء بعد "الذكاء التكنولوجي" في المرتبة الأولى، وفي المرتبة الثانية جاء بعد "ذكاء المنافس"، أما في المرتبة الثالثة فجاء بعد "ذكاء المدير"، وجاء بعد "التحالف التنظيمي" في المرتبة الرابعة، وجميعهم بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى ممارسة الرشاقة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة في لواء الجامعة ككل جاء (مرتفعا)،وعلى مستوى الابعاد : جاء في المرتبة الأولى بعد "السرعة"، وفي المرتبة الثانية بعد "الحساسية"، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة بعد "الاستجابة"، وجميعهم بمستوى (مرتفع) وأظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين درجة ممارسة الذكاء التنافسي لدى مديري المدارس ومستوى الرشاقة التنظيمية.

وبناء على ذلك أوصت الدراسة بعقد دورات تدريبية متخصصة وندوات وورش عمل لتوعية مديري المدارس في لواء الجامعة بأهمية الذكاء التنافسي ودوره في رفع مستوى الرشاقة التنظيمية على عينات أخرى تختلف عن عينة الدراسة الحالية ومتغيرات أخرى.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of competitive intelligence among private school principals and its relationship to organizational agility from the point of view of teachers in the university district in the capital, Amman.

Correlative descriptive, and a questionnaire was developed as a tool for the study.

The study found that the degree of practicing competitive intelligence among the principals of private schools in the university district from the viewpoint of teachers as a whole was (moderate), and the dimensions of competitive intelligence came in the following order: the dimension of "technological intelligence" came in the first place, and in the second place came the dimension of "intelligence".

Competitor", while the "Director's Intelligence" dimension came in third place, and the "Organizational Alliance" dimension came in fourth place, all of them with a moderate degree.

And at the level of dimensions: the "speed" dimension came in the first place, and the "sensitivity" came in the second place, and in the last place after "response", all of them were at a (high) level.

The results also showed that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the degree of practicing competitive intelligence among manager’s schools and the level of organizational agility.

Accordingly, the study recommended holding specialized training courses, seminars and workshops to educate school principals in the university district of the importance of competitive intelligence and its role in raising the level of organizational agility on other samples that differ from the sample of the current study and other variables
