Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة توافر متطلبات مدرسة المستقبل في المدارس الحكومية في العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس، و استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، من خلال استبانة تضمنت محورين : الأول يتعلق بالمعلومات الديموغرافية، و تكونت من ثلاثة متغيرات و هي : (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، و الثاني لقياس درجة توافر متطلبات مدرسة المستقبل، و تكون من (37) فقرة موزعة على أربعة جوانب و هي (جوانب تتعلق بالمعلم، جوانب تتعلق بالطالب، جوانب تتعلق بإدارة المدرسة، جوانب تتعلق بالبيئة و البنية التحتية)، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (271) مديرا و مديرة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر متطلبات مدرسة المستقبل في المدارس الحكومية في العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس كانت متوسطة، و جاء الجانب المتعلق بالمعلم في المرتبة الأولى و بدرجة كبيرة، يليه الجانب المتعلق بإدارة المدرسة و بدرجة متوسطة، و جاء في المرتبة الثالثة الجانب المتعلق بالطالب وبدرجة متوسطة، وفي المرتبة الرابعة والأخيرة جاء الجانب المتعلق بالبيئة والبنية التحتية و بدرجة متوسطة أيضا، كما أظهرت النتائج أن هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات العينة في كل من الجوانب المتعلقة بالمعلم، و إدارة المدرسة، و الطالب ؛ تعزى لسنوات الخبرة و لصالح أقل من خمس سنوات، في حين وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا في الجوانب المتعلقة بالبيئة التعليمية و البنية التحتية و لصالح أقل من خمس سنوات ؛ بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع الجوانب تعزى لمتغير الجنس و المؤهل العلمي.

أوصت الدراسة بتوفير حوافز لتشجيع المعلم على التطوير و تقديم المبادرات الإبداعية التي من شأنها الارتقاء بالعملية التعليمية، و تهيئة التعليمات التي تيسر ذلك.

English Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the degree of availability of the future school requirements in public schools in the capital Amman from the school principals’ perspective.

The study used a descriptive survey approach, through a questionnaire that included two axes: the first related to demographic information, and it consisted of three variables: (gender, educational qualification, years of experience), and the second to measure the degree of availability of the requirements of the future school, and it consisted of (37) items distributed over four Aspects (aspects related to the teacher, aspects related to the student, aspects related to school management, aspects related to the environment and infrastructure), and it was applied over a sample of (271) principals, who were chosen randomly.

The results of the study revealed that the degree of availability of the future school requirements in public schools in the capital, Amman, from the school principals’ perspective was medium, and the aspect related to the teacher came in the first place to a large degree, followed by the aspect related to school management to a medium degree, and in the third place came the aspect related to the student to an average degree And in the fourth and last place, the aspect related to the environment and infrastructure came to a medium degree as well.

The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample responses in each of the aspects related to the teacher, the school administration, and the student; Attributable to years of experience in favor of less than five years, while statistically significant differences were found in aspects related to the educational environment and infrastructure and in favor of less than five years; While there were no statistically significant differences in all aspects due to the variable of gender and educational qualification.

The study recommended providing incentives to encourage the teacher to develop and provide creative initiatives that would improve the educational process, and prepare instructions that facilitate this.
