Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة تمثل أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس في لواء قصبة عمان، و استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (50) فقرة بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (165) مديرا و مديرة من مديري المدارس الحكومية و الخاصة في لواء القصبة في محافظة العاصمة عمان تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، و أظهرت نتائج الدارسة أن درجة تمثل أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس في لواء قصبة عمان جاءت بدرجة متوسطة على الاستبانة الكلية، و على جميع مجالاتها عدا مجال "الأخلاقيات التي يلتزم بها المعلمون نحو المجتمع"، فقد جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات تقديرات مديري المدارس لدرجة تمثل أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس لدى المعلمين تعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، و الجهة المشرفة، و أوصت الدراسة بوضع ميثاق أخلاقي لمهنة التدريس، يلتزم به جميع المعلمين في ممارساتهم لمهنة التدريس بالمدارس الخاصة و الحكومية، و عمل دورات تدريبية لتوعية المعلمين في أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس و تدريبهم على توظيف ذلك في عملهم.

English Abstract

This study examined hot teatchers in Amman reflect the ethical standards of their profession from the perspective of school principals.

Adescriptive approach was used in this study.

A questionnaire consisting of (50) Items was developed after examing its validity and reliapility to achieve the study objectives.

A random sample of (165), both male and female, directors of public and private schools in Amman's was selected for the study.

Study finding showed that the level of representation of the teaching profession's etical standards among teachers was Medium, according to school principols in Amman District, as well as in all other thems except "the ethics to which teachers are committed to society".

The degree scored high.

Also, the study showed that due to the voriables of gender, years of experience, and supervising authority, there was no statistically significant difference between school principals, estimated averages of the degree to which teatchs represent the ethics of teaching.

The study recommended the developing on ethical charter for teachers, which all teatchers are bound by when practicing their profession in private and public schools.

It also recommended conducting training courses to inform teatchers about professional ethics.
