Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة القيادة المستدامة من قبل مديري المدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في لواء القويسمة، و قد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة عدد أفرادها (350) معلما و معلمة طبقت عليهم استبانة تحتوي على (47) فقرة موزعة على الأبعاد التالية : استمرارية التعلم، بناء أهداف طويلة الأمد، بناء فريق عمل قيادي، المسؤولية الاجتماعية، الإبداع و الموهبة، تنمية الموارد البشرية، السلوك الأخلاقي، و استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، و توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : أن درجة ممارسة القيادة المستدامة من قبل مديري المدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في لواء القويسمة متوسطة، و جاءت أبعاد القيادة المستدامة مرتبة تنازليا كالآتي : استمرارية التعلم، بناء فريق عمل قيادي، السلوك الأخلاقي، بناء أهداف طويلة الأمد، تنمية الموارد البشرية، الإبداع و الموهبة، المسؤولية الاجتماعية، و أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة في تقديرهم لدرجة ممارسة القيادة المستدامة من قبل مديري المدارس تعزى لمتغير الجنس، متغير المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة.

وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم العديد من التوصيات من أبرزها زيادة ثقافة استمرار التعلم لدى المديرين، و تعزيز فكرة بناء فريق عمل قوي، و تبني أهداف طويلة الأمد.

English Abstract

The study aimed to find out the degree of sustainable leadership practice among government school principals from the teachers’ point of view in Qweismeh District.

A simple random sample of )350( male and female teachers was selected and a questionnaire containing (47) items was applied to them distributed on the following principles: Continuity of learning، building Long-term goals، building a leadership team، social responsibility، creativity and talent، human resource development، ethical behavior، and used the descriptive survey method، and the results of the study are the following: The degree of sustainable leadership practice among government school principals from the teachers’ perspective in Qweismeh District is medium.

The principles of sustainable leadership were ranked in descending order as follows: continuity of learning، building a leadership team، ethical behavior، building long-term goals، human resource development، creativity and talent and social responsibility.

Further، the results indicated that gender، educational qualification and years of experience had no impact on the degree of sustainable leadership.

According to the results of the study، many recommendations were presented، most notably increasing the culture of continuous learning among principals، promoting the idea of building a strong work team، and adopting long-term goals.
