Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية و علاقتها باليقظة الاستراتيجية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في العاصمة عمان في لواء القويسمة.

و لتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من محورين، المحور الأول هو قياس درجة ممارسة الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية، و المحور الثاني لقياس مستوى اليقظة الاستراتيجية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية، هذا بالإضافة إلى المتغيرات الديموغرافية لأفراد عينة الدراسة، و تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة على عينة عشوائية ممثلة تكونت من (407) معلمين و معلمات في لواء القويسمة بالعاصمة عمان.

أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في العاصمة عمان في لواء القويسمة (متوسطة)، و جاءت جميع مجالات ممارسة الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية بدرجة (متوسطة) وفقا للترتيب الآتي : "المتابعة والتقييم"، "التطبيق الإلكتروني"، "توفير البنية التحتية"، "التخطيط الإلكتروني".

و أشارت النتائج أن مستوى اليقظة الاستراتيجية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في العاصمة عمان قد جاءت بمستوى (متوسط)، و إن مجالات اليقظة الاستراتيجية جاءت متوسطة وفقا للترتيب الآتي : "اليقظة البيئية"، "اليقظة التنظيمية"، "اليقظة التنافسية"، "اليقظة التكنولوجية".

و أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين درجة ممارسة الإدارة الإلكترونية و اليقظة الاستراتيجية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في العاصمة عمان.

و في ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها وضع مؤشرات لتقييم ممارسة الإدارة الإلكترونية و اليقظة الاستراتيجية في المدارس، و غرس ثقافة اليقظة الاستراتيجية لدى مديري و معلمي ومعلمات وزارة التربية و التعليم.

English Abstract

This study’s purpose is to identify the degree of practicing electronic Administration for The Principals of Public Schools and Its Relation to The Strategic Vigilance from The Teachers’ Viewpoint in Amman in Alqwesmeh District.

To achieve the goal of this study, the researcher used the descriptive correlational method.

She conducted a survey that centered around two variables.

The first variable is the degree of implementing electronic administration by public schools’ principals.

The second measures the public school principals’ level of strategic vigilance.

Research was conducted on a random sample from the target population consisting of 407 teachers from the schools in the Amman in Alqwesmeh District.

Results showed that, from the perspective of the teachers, the degree of using electronic administration by the public schools’ principals is moderate.

All other areas degree of practicing electronic administration for the principals of sublic schools were also moderate.

The areas in which the principals’ utilization of electronic administration were ranked as follows; “evaluation and follow-up”, “electronic application”, “providing infrastructure”, and “electronic planning”.

Results also showed that the level of the strategic renascence for the public schools’ principals from the viewpoint of Amman teachers is also moderate.

All the areas of the strategic vigilance were also moderate and ranked as follows; “Environmental Vigilance”, “Organizational Vigilance”, “Competitive Vigilance”, and “Technological Vigilance.” Results showed a statistical correlational relation between the degree of practicing electronic administration and the strategic vigilance of the principals of the public schools from the perspective of Amman teachers.

And in light of these findings, the researcher presented a number of recommendations.

The most important recommendations were to place indicators to evaluate the usage of electronic administration and strategic vigilance in the schools as well as planting a culture of strategic vigilance for all those teachers working in Ministry of Education
