Arabic Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثر تكاليف الجودة على الأداء المالي في شركات الصناعات الدوائية في الأردن و التي تم تحديدها في شركات الصناعات الدوائية المدرجة في بورصة عمان و عددها الإجمالي 7 شركات تم دراسة 4 شركات منها، و لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم جمع البيانات من القوائم المالية المنشورة للشركات المذكورة المدرجة في بورصة عمان خلال الفترة الواقعة بين (2007-2020.
(و لتحليل بيانات الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها تم الاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي (Eviews) لتطبيق تحليل الانحدار المتعدد لاختبار الفرضيات، و توصلت الدراسة الى وجود أثر لتكاليف الجودة على الأداء المالي مقاسا في معدل العائد على الأصول و معدل العائد على حقوق الملكية في شركات الصناعات الدوائية المدرجة في بورصة عمان، كما ان هناك تفاوت في أثر أبعاد تكاليف الجودة على مؤشرات الأداء المالي سواء كان الأثر إيجابي أم سلبي، وعلى ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات أهمها ضرورة اهتمام شركات الصناعية الدوائية الأردنية في تكاليف الجودة.
English Abstract
This study aims to find out the impact of quality costs on financial performance in pharmaceutical companies in Jordan, which were identified in the pharmaceutical companies listed on the ASE and the total number of 7 companies of which 4 companies were studied, and to achieve this target the data were collected from the published financial statements of the listed companies listed on the ASE between (2007-2020) and to analyze the study data and test the hypotheses were relied upon The statistical program (Eviews) is used to use multiple regression analysis to test hypotheses.
The study found that there is an impact of quality costs on financial performance measured by the rate of return a on assets and the rate of return on equity in the pharmaceutical companies listed on the ASE, and there is a disparity in the impact of the dimensions of quality costs on financial performance indicators, whether the impact is positive or negative and in light of the statistical results the study made several recommendations and one of the most important recommendations that the Jordanian pharmaceutical companies should pay attention to quality costs.
