هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة تطبيق النموذج العام ADDIE في تنمية الكفايات التكنولوجية لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا في كليات العلوم التربوية في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (315) عضو هيئة تدريس في الجامعات الأردنية وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج المسحي الوصفي، وتم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (35) فقرة.

وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن درجة تطبيق النموذج العام ADDIE في تنمية الكفايات التكنولوجية لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا في كليات التربوية في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس كانت مرتفعة، كما وكشفت النتائج أيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α≤0.05) في درجة تطبيق النموذج العام ADDIE في تنمية الكفايات التكنولوجية لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا في كليات العلوم التربوية في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس تبعا لمتغير الجامعة في جميع المجالات باستثناء مرحلة التنفيذ حيث جاءت الفروق لصالح الجامعات الحكومية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α≤0.05) تبعا لمتغير الخبرة التدريسية، وأيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α≤0.05) تبعا لمتغير الرتبة الأكاديمية في جميع المجالات باستثناء مرحلة التقويم جاءت الفروق لصالح رتبة أستاذ.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of applying Addie model in developing the technological competencies of postgraduate students at faculties of educational sciences in Jordanian universities from the perspective of faculty members.

the study sample consisted of 315 faculty members in Jordanian universities and who were randomly stratified selected, in order to achieve the objectives of study, the researcher followed the descriptive survey approach.

a questionnaire was developed consisting of (35) paragraphs.

the results of the study showed: the degree of applying Addie model in developing the technological competencies of postgraduate students at faculties of educational sciences in Jordanian universities from the perspective of faculty members was very high.

the result also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) towards the degree of applying addie model in developing the technological competencies of postgraduate students at faculties of educational sciences in jordanian universities from the perspective of faculty members according to the university variable in all fields expect for the field of implementation phase, and the differences came in favor of public universities, there were also no statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) according to the teaching experience variable, and there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) according to the academic rank variable in all fields expect for the field of evaluation phase, and the differences came in favor of the rank of professor.
